Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by toasting the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  2. Rinse and slice the ripe pears, peeling if desired for added texture.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
Assembly
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced pears, and toasted walnuts.
  2. Crumble feta cheese over the top.
  3. Drizzle the honey-vinegar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Plate the salad and enjoy immediately for the best texture.
