Preparation

  2. Arrange the mini puff pastry cups on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Whisk together heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form or set aside store-bought cream.
  4. Allow the baked cups to cool completely.
Assembly
  1. Fill each cooled pastry cup with the vanilla cream filling using a piping bag or spoon.
  2. Dust lightly with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
