Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups favorite Halal-compliant ice cream (vanilla, chocolate, or any flavor) Choose your favorite flavor.
Toppings
  • 1 cup crushed nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios) Feel free to get creative with your toppings.
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate or almond-based chocolate coating Use your preferred chocolate.
  • 2 cups fresh fruits for garnish (strawberries, bananas, or raspberries) Select fruits based on preference.
  • 5 pieces wooden sticks (popsicle sticks) Ensure they are clean.
  • 1 set silicone molds or paper cups Silicone works best for easy release.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gather your silicone molds or paper cups and ensure they are dry and ready for use.
  2. Let your favorite ice cream soften slightly at room temperature for easier scooping.
Assembly
  1. Fill the molds about three-quarters full with your selected ice cream, leaving space for toppings.
  2. Sprinkle crushed nuts and fresh fruit on top as desired for extra flavor and texture.
  3. Insert wooden sticks into the center of each filled mold, making sure they stand upright.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for about 4-6 hours, or overnight if possible.
Finishing Touches
  1. Once frozen, carefully remove the Ice Cream Sticks from their molds.
  2. Dip them in melted chocolate and return to the freezer for an extra 30 minutes to set the coating.
Serving
  1. Once the chocolate has hardened, serve your Ice Cream Sticks and enjoy!

Notes

Store finished Ice Cream Sticks in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. For best flavor, consume within the first week. Thaw slightly at room temperature before serving for enhanced creaminess.
