  • 1 cup Cool Whip Must be cold for the best texture.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.

Preparation
  1. Find a large mixing bowl for better maneuverability.
  2. In the mixing bowl, add the Cool Whip.
  3. Gently fold in the powdered sugar until blended.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Use an electric mixer on low speed for a couple of minutes to incorporate air for a creamier texture.
  6. Taste the frosting and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
  7. If not using immediately, let your frosting chill in the refrigerator.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can also freeze it, but the texture may change. Allow it to come to room temperature and stir gently before using.
