- Find a large mixing bowl for better maneuverability.
- In the mixing bowl, add the Cool Whip.
- Gently fold in the powdered sugar until blended.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Use an electric mixer on low speed for a couple of minutes to incorporate air for a creamier texture.
- Taste the frosting and adjust sweetness or flavor as desired.
- If not using immediately, let your frosting chill in the refrigerator.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. You can also freeze it, but the texture may change. Allow it to come to room temperature and stir gently before using.
