Method
 

Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess fat.
Seasoning the Beef
  1. Add the taco seasoning to the beef and stir in according to package instructions. If desired, mix in black beans and cooked rice for extra flavor and texture.
Preparing the Tortillas
  1. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet for about 10 seconds to make them easier to fold.
