- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until just combined.

- Gently fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips if using.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool before slicing into squares.

Notes
