Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl, ensuring it’s fluffy.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve chilled with pita chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

For the best flavor, prepare the dip a few hours in advance. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. If it thickens, add a touch of olive oil or yogurt to restore creaminess.
