  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pre-made pie crust Homemade crust is also an option.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Place the pre-made pie crust into a pie dish and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  4. Add in the diced bell peppers, onions, cooked turkey, and cheese. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pie crust, filling it to the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.

You can customize the quiche with various toppings like herbs or avocado slices. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for 2 months. To reheat, bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes.
