Preparation
- Start by cubing your seeded watermelon into small pieces to make blending easier.
- In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon, lime juice, optional sweetener (honey or sugar), and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste your watermelon mixture. If you find it needs more sweetness, feel free to add a bit more honey or sugar to your liking and blend again briefly to mix.
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into your ice pop molds, leaving a little space at the top.
- Insert wooden sticks into the molds for stability.
- Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to set for about 4-6 hours or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the ice pops from their molds. You can run them under warm water for a few seconds if they are hard to release.

Notes
Store in the freezer in an airtight container or plastic wrap for up to 3 months. Allow standing at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying to maintain texture.
