  • 2 large eggs Ensure eggs are at room temperature.
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil Can substitute with melted coconut oil.
  • 1/4 cup water
For the Toppings
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Fresh berries add the best flavor.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional) For extra chocolatey flavor.
  • Fresh mint for garnish (optional) Adds a nice color and freshness.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your pizza pan or baking dish lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
  4. Allow the brownie to cool for 10-15 minutes before topping.
  5. Once cooled, spread whipped cream over the top and arrange mixed berries aesthetically. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and slice into pieces. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

To ensure the best fudgy texture, avoid overcooking your brownies. Store in an airtight container or freeze individual slices for later enjoyment.
