- Start by cubing the Velveeta cheese and draining the diced tomatoes and black beans (if using).
 - In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cubed Velveeta cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and salsa.
 - Stir the ingredients frequently until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
 - If you like a spicier kick, you can add some extra salsa or diced jalapeƱos, stirring well to combine.
 - Once everything is melted and warm, remove from heat and serve immediately alongside tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
 
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop over low heat.
