- Start by gathering all your ingredients.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
- Toss in the bell peppers and peas. Continue to sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the bell peppers soften slightly.
- Add the pineapple chunks and cooked rice to the mix. Stir everything together to ensure the flavors meld.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
