Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan or line it with parchment paper.

- In a separate bowl, cream together the plant-based butter and sugar until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the butter mixture, stirring continuously until everything is well combined.
- Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Avoid over-mixing to keep your cake fluffy.
- Gently fold in the sliced plums until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

- Once baked, allow the cake to cool before transferring it to a serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes
