Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring it to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and mix in the chia seeds. Simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the oats have absorbed most of the almond milk and have turned soft and creamy.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and drizzle in maple syrup according to your taste preference. Stir well.
  4. Spoon the creamy oat mixture into bowls and top with sliced bananas and fresh berries.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat with a splash of almond milk to restore creaminess.
