Preparation

- Sprinkle the ground nutmeg evenly over the batter.
- Gently pour the evaporated milk on top of the cake batter without mixing.
Baking
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center; it should come out clean.

- Allow it to cool slightly before slicing.
- Serve warm with whipped cream or your favorite toppings.
