- Remove the cinnamon stick and use an immersion blender to puree the mixture until smooth.

- Refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for longer storage.

For longer storage, freeze your pear butter in freezer-safe containers. To reheat, use the microwave or stovetop and stir gently.
