  • 1 box brownie mix (or homemade, if you prefer) You can use any preferred brand.
  • 2 pieces eggs Large eggs are recommended.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil Can substitute with melted butter for a richer flavor.
  • 1/4 cup water
For the Cream Layers
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Chilled for optimal whipping.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure vanilla extract enhances flavor.
For Toppings
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts (like almonds or walnuts) Choose your favorite type of nuts.
  • to taste tablespoons chocolate syrup Optional for drizzling.

Method
 

Prepare the Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake as per package instructions. Once baked, allow it to cool completely.
Make the Whipped Cream
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until stiff peaks form. This should take about 2-3 minutes.
Layer It Up
  1. Once the brownies are cool, cut them into squares or rectangles.
  2. In a serving dish, place a layer of brownies at the bottom. Top with a generous layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
Add Toppings
  1. Sprinkle with crushed nuts and drizzle chocolate syrup if desired.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to set.

Notes

For best results, chill the cake overnight before serving. Cover tightly with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
