  1. Start by measuring out one cup of cottage cheese. If you’re using tortillas, lay them flat on a clean surface. For lettuce wraps, select sturdy leaves that can hold the filling.
  2. Use a spoon to generously spread the cottage cheese on each wrap, leaving a small border around the edges for easy folding later.
  3. Sprinkle some salt and pepper for seasoning, or add in chopped veggies like bell peppers, avocados, or cucumbers. If you’re feeling adventurous, a dollop of hot sauce or even a sprinkle of herbs can elevate the flavors.
  4. Carefully fold the sides of your wrap inward, then roll from the bottom up to encase the cottage cheese and toppings snugly.
  5. Cut your wraps in half to make them easier to eat, and they’re ready to enjoy!

Notes

These wraps are best eaten fresh, but they can be made ahead of time. Wrap in foil or parchment paper to keep them from drying out. Avoid overfilling to prevent messiness.
