  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups 1 ½ cups whipped topping
For the Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 0.75 cups ¾ cup chopped nuts (e.g., pecans or walnuts)

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form a crumb crust.
Create the Cream Layer
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Layer the Ingredients
  1. Spread the cream layer evenly over the crust in the dish.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, then drizzle over the cream layer.
  3. Pour caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts for that perfect crunch.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the Turtle Lush for at least 4 hours or until set.
