Preparation
- Lay out all your ingredients on a clean surface.
- Take one tortilla and spread a layer of mayonnaise evenly across the surface. Optionally mix in garlic powder.
- Add turkey slices, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and mixed greens.
- Gently tuck in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to keep fillings secure.
- Slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces and serve on a platter or individually.
Notes
