  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast (Halal-certified)
  • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1 cup mixed greens (like spinach or arugula)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or your preferred spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out all your ingredients on a clean surface.
  2. Take one tortilla and spread a layer of mayonnaise evenly across the surface. Optionally mix in garlic powder.
  3. Add turkey slices, followed by shredded cheddar cheese and mixed greens.
  4. Gently tuck in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to keep fillings secure.
  5. Slice the roll-up into bite-sized pieces and serve on a platter or individually.

Notes

For substitutions, you can use grilled chicken or a plant-based option. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
