Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 can can of tuna (drained)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella) Pre-shred for quicker melting
  • 1 piece tortilla or wrap
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by draining the can of tuna and placing it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper, stirring until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Take a tortilla and place the tuna mixture in the center.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Add fresh lettuce, slices of tomato, or onions for an extra crunch and zing.
Cooking
  1. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides to seal.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wrap seam-side down on the skillet.
  3. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
Serving
  1. Slice the wrap in half diagonally for a pleasing presentation.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy the smiles it brings!

Notes

Got leftovers? Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Alternatively, a quick pan-sear can revitalize the crispiness.
