Method
 

Cooking the Rice
  1. Begin by cooking the rice according to package instructions. Rinse the rice, add it to a pot with water, and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and simmer until tender.
Cooking the Shrimp
  1. While the rice cooks, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of oil and toss in the shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
Combining Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shrimp, diced mango, bell pepper, and avocado.
