Chilling
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours—preferably overnight.
Serving
- Garnish with additional berries and fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
For substitutions, other fruits like peaches or mangoes can be used. Ensure heavy cream is cold before whipping, and avoid overwhipping to prevent graininess. The cake is best enjoyed cold.
