Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In a large mixing bowl, cream the room temperature butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar using a mixer until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).

- Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough balls onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and let cookies sit on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
