  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Fresh herbs (optional, such as dill or parsley)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and rub the seasoning into the fish.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with lemon slices and fresh herbs if desired.
