  2. Slice the cucumbers and bell peppers into thin pieces and shred the carrots.
  3. Chop the red onions finely.
Mixing
  1. In a large serving bowl, combine mixed salad greens, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, sliced bell peppers, and red onions.
