Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups pineapple, diced
  • 2 cups kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all your fruits thoroughly. Slice the strawberries and kiwis, and dice the pineapple. Halve the grapes and set aside.
Combining Fruits
  1. In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the prepared strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, and halved grapes, being careful not to crush the berries.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
Serving
  1. Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture, tossing gently to coat. Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and enjoy immediately. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, but best consumed within 24 hours for optimal taste. Avoid reheating as it affects the fresh flavors.
