- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Whisk together until well blended.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder (if using), and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole in the center to shape the bagel.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the bagels on it. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds if desired.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the bagels to cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For added flavor, experiment with herbs or spices in the dough. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for up to a month.
