  • 200 g sour cream To taste.

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients for smoother cooking.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the Halal chili con carne over medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chili mixture down the center, leaving space at the edges for folding. Add shredded cheddar, chopped onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to encase the filling securely.
  6. Drizzle with hot sauce, slice in half, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze wrapped burritos for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or skillet until warmed through.
