- Start by gathering all your ingredients for smoother cooking.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over low heat and warm each tortilla for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the Halal chili con carne over medium heat, stirring occasionally until warmed through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous amount of the chili mixture down the center, leaving space at the edges for folding. Add shredded cheddar, chopped onions, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll from the bottom up to encase the filling securely.
- Drizzle with hot sauce, slice in half, and serve.
Notes
