  • 2 cups desiccated coconut or more for rolling
  • 1 cup powdered sugar plus extra for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the ingredients are well combined and form a sticky dough.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to help firm it up.
  3. Once chilled, use your hands to scoop small portions and roll them into balls, about the size of a walnut.
  4. Roll each ball in powdered sugar for a snowy finish and place them on a serving plate.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for another 10 minutes to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week, or freeze for up to three months. For best results, layer with parchment paper to avoid sticking.
