  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melt in the skillet

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Optional for garnish

Preparation
  1. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
Cooking
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in honey, season with salt and pepper, and stir to coat the carrots.
  4. Cover and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Make sure to cut your carrots evenly for uniform cooking. If you like a bit of spice, try adding a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg while cooking. For a more intense flavor, let them simmer a little longer than the suggested time.
