Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces ripe peaches, halved and pitted Choose ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar Can substitute with coconut sugar or honey.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Adjust to taste for more or less cinnamon flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted Adds richness and helps the sugars caramelize.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances the overall flavor profile.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the peaches thoroughly. Cut them in half and remove the pits.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle the melted butter and vanilla over the peach halves.
  3. Generously sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the peach halves, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the peach halves in the air fryer basket, facing up.
  2. Cook the peaches for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  3. Once they’re done, carefully remove them from the basket and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
  1. These peaches are delicious on their own or served with a scoop of vanilla yogurt on top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze for about a month. Reheat in the microwave for 20-30 seconds or in the air fryer at a low temperature.
