Ingredients
  

Fudge Base
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Choose high-quality for better flavor.
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract Can swap for a flavored liqueur (non-alcoholic) for added twist.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles And extra for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla and almond extracts until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Gently fold in 1/4 cup of sprinkles to distribute color throughout the fudge.
Setting and Serving
  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with additional sprinkles, if desired.
  2. Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
  3. Once chilled, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut it into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage up to two weeks without losing flavor. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
