Preparation
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla and almond extracts until well combined.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in 1/4 cup of sprinkles to distribute color throughout the fudge.
Setting and Serving
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with additional sprinkles, if desired.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the fudge is set.
- Once chilled, lift the fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut it into squares, and enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Refrigerate for longer storage up to two weeks without losing flavor. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the best texture.
