Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Finely chop the stems and set aside.

- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan, minced garlic, and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and creamy.
Stuffing the Mushrooms
- Take a tablespoon of the filling and generously stuff each mushroom cap until they are overflowing. Place them on a baking sheet for easy transfers.
Baking
- Pop the stuffed mushrooms into your preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the mushrooms are tender.
Serving
- Allow the mushroom bites to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
Notes
For cheese variations, try ricotta or goat cheese. Experiment with herbs like thyme or oregano for enhanced flavor. Make sure the mushrooms are fresh and firm for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
