Preparation
  1. Cook your rice according to the package instructions and set it aside.
Grilling the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  2. Grill them over medium-high heat for about 6–7 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Once cooked, slice them into strips.
