Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and baking powder. Stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix!
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries until evenly distributed in the batter.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center looks slightly underbaked.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store remaining bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week. Warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds for a fresh experience.
