Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until everything is well incorporated and you have a smooth batter.
- Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and diced strawberries until evenly dispersed throughout the batter.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion the dough onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
Baking
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
- Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
