  • 2 cups peaches, sliced Fresh peaches are preferred.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup granola Use your favorite granola.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar Can be adjusted for sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup flour All-purpose flour works well.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Adds a nice warmth.
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted For the richness in topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and peaches. Stir gently to blend the fruits together.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the granola, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter. Use your hands or a fork to combine until the mixture is crumbly.
  4. In a baking dish, spread the fruit mixture evenly at the bottom. Next, sprinkle the topping generously over the fruit.
Baking
  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.

  1. Once baked, let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm, and enjoy!

Notes

Substitutions include using frozen fruit—thaw and drain before using. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
