Preparation
  1. Blend the strawberries in a blender until smooth, adjusting based on preference for sweetness.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the matcha powder with a small amount of hot water until no lumps remain.
  3. Combine the matcha mixture, almond milk, and blended strawberries in a shaker or container. Adjust with honey or sweetener if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture over ice in a glass, mixing gently to combine all flavors.
  5. Garnish with additional strawberries on top for extra color.
