Preparation
- Start by cleaning and hulling the strawberries.
- Peel and dice the mango, making sure they are ripe for maximum sweetness.
Blending
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
- Taste the mixture; if it's too tart, add more sugar to reach desired sweetness.
Molding
- Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert wooden sticks into the molds.
Freezing
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
Serving
- Run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles.

Notes
Store popsicles in a tightly sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 months. For best flavor, consume within a month. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute to soften for easier eating.
