  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced Ensure strawberries are ripe for best flavor.
  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced Use ripe mango for maximum sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or to taste) Adjust sugar according to the tartness of the fruit.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cleaning and hulling the strawberries.
  2. Peel and dice the mango, making sure they are ripe for maximum sweetness.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, mango, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
  2. Blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  3. Taste the mixture; if it's too tart, add more sugar to reach desired sweetness.
Molding
  1. Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  2. Insert wooden sticks into the molds.
Freezing
  1. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until completely frozen.
Serving
  1. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen the popsicles.
  2. Enjoy the popsicles and savor the refreshing taste of summer!

Notes

Store popsicles in a tightly sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 months. For best flavor, consume within a month. Let them sit at room temperature for a minute to soften for easier eating.
