Preparation
- Brew the coffee using your preferred method.
- While the coffee is brewing, wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Blend them with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir in the blended strawberry mixture.
- Pour the brewed coffee into a large mug and slowly add the strawberry-milk mixture, stirring gently.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Reheat gently on the stovetop or in the microwave.
