- Start by washing and slicing the strawberries. Set them aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat them together until well-blended and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until it’s light and airy.
- Carefully mix in the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows. Ensure they are evenly combined.
- Fold in the crushed graham crackers. Add chopped nuts if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Before serving, garnish with extra strawberries or graham cracker crumbs.
Notes
To keep fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Freezing is an option, but texture may change upon thawing.
