Base Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping
Fruity Additions
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Wash and slice before adding.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Crunchy Elements
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts Optional for extra flavor and crunch.

Preparation
  1. Start by washing and slicing the strawberries. Set them aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat them together until well-blended and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until it’s light and airy.
  4. Carefully mix in the sliced strawberries and mini marshmallows. Ensure they are evenly combined.
  5. Fold in the crushed graham crackers. Add chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  7. Before serving, garnish with extra strawberries or graham cracker crumbs.

Notes

To keep fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Freezing is an option, but texture may change upon thawing.
