- Wash and chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set them aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add the Schmand and Frischkäse. Use a hand mixer to whip them together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing until everything is well combined and the mixture is fluffy.
- Gently fold the chopped strawberries into the creamy mixture, being careful not to mash them.
- Slowly fold in the whipped cream until well integrated, creating a light and airy texture.
- Transfer the fluff into a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Serve it with a sprinkle of cookie crumbs on top for added crunch.
Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freezing is possible but may alter the texture once thawed. Best served chilled straight from the fridge.
