Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Preparation
  • 12-15 pieces fresh strawberries, hulled Select ripe strawberries for best flavor.
Crunch Coating
  • 1 cup gra cracker cbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
Optional Garnish
  • Chocolate drizzle or sprinkles For garnish, use as per preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by removing the green tops of the strawberries. Carefully hollow out a small portion of the inside using a small spoon or a coring tool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix gra cracker cbs with melted butter until well combined. This will be your crunchy coating.
  4. Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Roll the filled strawberries in the gra cracker mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
  7. For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with additional cbs right before serving.

Notes

Store any uneaten bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best texture, only coat them just before serving.
