- Start by removing the green tops of the strawberries. Carefully hollow out a small portion of the inside using a small spoon or a coring tool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix gra cracker cbs with melted butter until well combined. This will be your crunchy coating.
- Using a piping bag or a small spoon, fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture.
- Roll the filled strawberries in the gra cracker mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the bites on a plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set.
- For an extra touch, drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle with additional cbs right before serving.
Notes
Store any uneaten bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For best texture, only coat them just before serving.
