Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and cream cheese until creamy and smooth.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar and packed brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry mixture into the wet mixture until a dough forms.
- Gently stir in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
Baking
- Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Cooling
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Store the cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or microwave for 10-15 seconds before serving.
