For the Rolls
  • 2 cans Cinnabon rolls (the kind with icing)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Ensure they are fresh.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Open the cans of Cinnabon rolls and carefully unroll the dough on a flat surface.
  4. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough, leaving a small margin at the edges.
  5. Scatter the sliced strawberries atop the cream cheese filling, pressing them in gently.
  6. Starting from one end, roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing the edge with your fingers.
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice the roll into about 8 equal pieces.
  8. Place the rolls into a greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  3. Drizzle the icing included in the Cinnabon roll package over the warm rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

These rolls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer-safe bag for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm.
