  • 3 large eggs Room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1 cup water Follow package instructions.
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil Can substitute with melted butter.
  • 1 cup freshly sliced strawberries Ripe strawberries are best.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries until evenly distributed.
  4. Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan.
Serving
  1. After cooling, top the cake generously with whipped cream and garnish with fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze individual slices wrapped in plastic wrap for up to 2 months.
