  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing Store-bought or homemade.

Preparation
  1. Rinse the baby spinach thoroughly under cold water and pat it dry with a clean towel.
  2. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries and let them dry.
  3. Slice the strawberries into thin, even pieces.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the fresh baby spinach, sliced strawberries, and blueberries. Gently toss the ingredients together.
  2. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped pecans over the salad mixture.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and give it one last gentle toss.
