  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved Fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced Ripe bananas work best for sweetness.
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored) Use your preferred yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional) Adjust sweetness to your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hull the strawberries and slice the bananas into smaller pieces.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, yogurt, and optional honey or sugar.
  2. Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
Molding and Freezing
  1. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  2. Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. To enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute yogurt with coconut cream. Store popsicles in an airtight container for 2-4 weeks.
