Preparation
- Hull the strawberries and slice the bananas into smaller pieces.
Blending
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas, yogurt, and optional honey or sugar.
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
Molding and Freezing
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
Serving
- To enjoy, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, substitute yogurt with coconut cream. Store popsicles in an airtight container for 2-4 weeks.
