Preparation, Cooking and Serving
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dice your steak into bite-sized pieces, wash and cube your potatoes, mince the garlic, and chop fresh herbs.
- Tear off large squares of aluminum foil. Place a portion of diced potatoes in the center, top with steak, drizzle olive oil, add minced garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss in herbs.
- Fold the edges of the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packets on a baking sheet and cook in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can grill them.
- Carefully open the foil packs and serve directly or transfer to plates.
Notes
Ensure the foil is tightly sealed to retain moisture. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
